Refund Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Every download of Folders includes the full app free for 14 days, so you can try it on your own drives before you pay anything. If you buy and it is not right for you, we refund you.

Buy once ($99)

Email us within 30 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount. No questions, no forms. Your license stops working once the refund is issued.

Monthly ($4.99 a month)

Cancel anytime and you are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. If you ask within 30 days of a monthly payment, we refund that payment in full.

How to ask

Email support@foldersformac.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message. A person replies, usually within a day.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
